1a) Travel sized toothpastes labeled keep out of reach of children under 6 years old were accessible to children, glitter glue and all purpose white lue labeled not for children under 3 years old was out and accessible to children, laundry room/emergency exit had bleach and laundry detergent labeled keep out of reach of children within reach of children. Vicks vapor rub, aquaphor, and baby powder were in infant/toddler cubbies accessible to children labeled keep out of reach of children 2ab) Both bedroom doors and office door were unlocked and accessible to children 5) Power drill, vacuum cleaner, and electronic mop in laundry room accessible to children
